Your privacy matters. This page explains plainly what data we collect, how we keep it secure, and what control you have.
1 What we collect
Account details (name, email, a hashed password), the content you add (portfolio, projects, blog, messages), and basic technical data such as IP address and device type for security.
2 How we store & secure it
Data is stored in an access-controlled database. Passwords are never stored as plain text, they are hashed with bcrypt. Connections are protected with HTTPS. Sign-in is protected against abuse (reCAPTCHA, lockout after failed attempts). We are continually adding further encryption for sensitive data.
3 Payments
Card payments are processed by trusted providers (Stripe, PayPal). We never see or store your card numbers. We keep only basic billing records (plan, amount, status) to manage your subscription.
4 How we use your data
To provide the service: display your portfolio, enable applications and hiring, send notifications you opt into, and power AI features when you use them. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5 Cookies & local storage
We use local storage for preferences (dark/light theme, language) and a session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising tracking cookies.
6 Your rights
You can view, edit, or delete your data at any time from your account. To request a full copy or deletion, contact us through the support page.
7 Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your content is removed; minimal records may be retained where required by law or for security.
